Rami Hindi, born in Damascus in 1982, has been living and working in Germany for many years. He combines a strong academic background with practical experience in the field of institutional development, making him one of the most prominent figures in training and consultancy both within Germany and abroad. His passion for positive change has led him to establish pioneering projects aimed at empowering individuals and institutions, particularly in environments affected by crises or undergoing major transformations.

Dr. Rami has dedicated his career to building and developing institutions, especially in crisis-affected environments.
He founded and managed the German Board for Training and Consulting,
which now spans over 26 international branches and has contributed to the training and qualification
of more than 17,000 young men and women around the world.
